The purpose of the work was to study the feasibility of using lactulose preparations for the treatment of acute parenteral viral hepatitis (CH) of moderate severity and a comparative assessment of their action. The results of the therapy showed that the majority of patients (20 people - 83%) improved already in the first 3-4 days, in 3 - on the 6-8th day of treatment. There was a disappearance of feelings of weakness (by 3.4 \u00b1 0.2 days), anorexia (by 3.1 \u00b1 0.1 days), nausea (by 2.9 \u00b1 0.3 days), headache (by 3.2 \u00b1 0.2 day), abdominal pain (by 3.4 \u00b1 0.3). Jaundice decreased by 4.0 \u00b1 0.5 days, liver - by 5.7 \u00b1 0.8 days of treatment. Bilirubinemia during the treatment period decreased from 135.5 \u00b1 23.9 to 53.8 \u00b1 15.5 \u00b5mol\/l (P < 0.01), alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) activity decreased from 15.8 \u00b1 1.8 to 5.5 \u00b1 1.2 mmol\/l (p < 0.001). There was a trend towards a decrease in the thymol test (from 9.7 \u00b1 1.2 to 7.4 \u00b1 1.1), the level of prothrombin normalized. Only in one patient, against the background of a decrease in intoxication, normalization of liver function tests was not determined.<\/p>\n

Thus, the inclusion of parenteral SH with moderate treatment of the lactulose drug - Laktusan into the complex pathogenetic therapy is appropriate and clinically justified.<\/strong><\/p>\n
